Employee Benefits

La Center School District offers a variety of benefit options to eligible employees including medical, dental, vision and life insurance, retirement plans, and participation in VEBA.

SEBB has released medical plan options and premiums.  Please note that all plans are not available in all areas.  The options available to you are based on the county of your residence.  
Step 1:  Determine which plans are available based on your county of residence here.
Step 2:  View the plan premiums hereThe premiums listed are your out-of-pocket costs through payroll deduction.
Step 3:  Visit the individual plan provider’s websites for important details on covered services, deductibles, co-pays, etc.  Contact information for each plan can be found on the SEBB website here.
Eligible employees who enroll in a high-deductible medical plan, may enroll in a Health Savings Account (additional restrictions apply).
More detailed information will be mailed to eligible employee’s home mailing addresses later this month.

(3 pm-8 pm).
