Grading

 

Grading in this course will be as follows:

A 'final' will be given after all course work is complete and will count as 40% of your grade. I will give more information as you go through the course. The final will cover the assignments given in the chapters.

*Completion of all course work is required

*All quizzes, tests, assignments and projects must be completed using correct grammar and spelling.

To receive an A:

Complete all required work and achieve a 90% average or better on all assignments, quizzes, tests or projects.

To receive a B:

Complete all required work and achieve a 80% to 89% average on all assignments, quizzes, tests or projects.

To receive a C:

Complete all required work with satisfactory grades (above 70%) on all assignments, quizzes, tests or projects.

To receive a P:

Meet the minimum requirements of 60% or better on all assignments, quizzes, tests, or projects.

Failing grades will be those who do not complete all assigned work or meet the minimum requirements.
