NOTICE OF
SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of
Directors (the “Board”) of La Center School District No.
101, Clark County, Washington (the “District”) will hold a
Special Meeting on August 17, 2010, at 7:00 PM in the Conference Room
of La Center District Office, located at 725 Highland Road, La
Center, Washington.
The meeting is called for the purpose of
considering and acting upon the following agenda items:
1. Acceptance
of Resignation of Board Chair, Melissa Miller, and Board
reorganization;
2. Resolution
No. 2009/2010-6, which authorizes the District to issue, sell
and deliver its unlimited tax general obligation refunding bonds to
refund the callable portion of the District’s outstanding
Unlimited Tax General Obligation Bonds, 2002; and
3.
Resolution
No. 2009/2010-7, approving the acquisition of certain real
property for a transportation center to be operated by the KWRL
Transportation Cooperative.
