NOTICE OF ANNUAL COMMUNITY MEETING

The Board of Directors of La Center School District No. 101, Clark County, Washington will hold their Annual Community Meeting prior to a SPECIAL MEETING to be held directly following the Annual Community Meeting. The Annual Community Meeting is called for the purpose of gathering stakeholder perspectives and input on the upcoming replacement levy.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of La Center School District No. 101, Clark County, Washington (the “District”) will hold a Special Meeting on October 13, 2009, directly following their Annual Community Meeting scheduled for 7:00 PM in the K-8 Library located at 700 East 4^th St., La Center, Washington.

The meeting is called for the purpose of considering and acting upon the following agenda items:

1. Resolution No. 2009/2010-1, which authorizes the District to request participation in the Washington State School District Credit Enhancement Program for the purpose of refunding the callable portion of the District’s outstanding Unlimited Tax General Obligation Bonds, 2002. Action Required.

2. Foster Pepper PLLC Letter of Engagement. Action Required.

3. Replacement M&O Levy Discussion. No Action Required.

4. KWRL Annual Meeting Reminder (10/29 @ 7pm). No Action Required.

As this is a special meeting of the Board, action may be taken.
