Weapons on School Premises
It is a violation of district policy 4210 and state law for any person to carry a firearm or dangerous weapon on school premises, school-provided transportation, or areas of other facilities being used exclusively for school activities. State law requires schools to expel for not less than one year students who bring firearms to school or possess them on school premises, school transportations, or facilities.
