Weapons on School Premises

It is a violation of District Policy 4210 for any person to carry a firearm or dangerous weapon on school premises, school-provided transportation, or areas of other facilities being used exclusively for school activities unless specifically authorized by state law (RCW 9.41.280).  State law requires schools to expel students for not less than one year  students who bring firearms to school or possess them on school premises, school transportation, or facilities pursuant to RCW 28A.6003420.
