NEWS RELEASE:

On Thursday, Friday and Saturday, May 15, 16 and 17 at the La Center High School Stage at 7:30 p.m., La Center High School Drama will present an inventive and delightful rendition of the classic J.M. Barry tale, *_Peter Pan_*.

_*Peter Pan*_ is the story of a young boy who never wants to grow up. He convinces other, more "conventional" (meaning less-magical and non-flying) children to take the trip with him to his home in Neverland. In Neverland, life is always an adventure with natives, fairies, pirates, and mermaids and Peter's sidekick Tinkerbell. But can "forever" really last forever?

This telling of the tale is presented as a children's fantasy on the set of a children's playground. It is a joy for the whole family to share.

Tickets are $5.00 per person at any age. Doors open for seating at 6:45 p.m. All seating is open seating.
