Welcome to the La Center School District Website
Summer Projects, a summer school option created by LCHS’s Project Study teacher, Rebecca Morris, worked in the La Center Bottoms (E. Fork of Lewis River’s Lower Wetland) in June and July. After a hard day’s work with help from Teresa Fernandez (an AmeriCorps volunteer with the City of Vancouver Parks and Recreation Dept.) collecting tree protector tubes we rest and take a group picture. Altogether, we collected 488 damaged or growth constricting tubes.
